Welcome to The Artist Times. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theartisttimes.com and our related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (and 18 or older, or have guardian consent, to transact) to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Artist Profiles and Content

You retain ownership of the music, videos, images, text and other content you publish ("Your Content"). By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and promote Your Content on and through the Platform. You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, defamatory or misleading.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with an artist or brand.
• Upload malware, scrape data at scale, or interfere with the Platform's operation.
• Harass other users or send spam through comments, bookings or messages.

5. Bookings, Tickets and Payments

The Platform helps artists and organisers connect and lists events and ticketing links. Unless stated otherwise, bookings, ticket sales and payments are agreements between you and the relevant artist, promoter or ticketing provider. Prices shown in ₹ include or exclude taxes as indicated at the point of sale. We are not a party to those agreements and are not responsible for their fulfilment.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by The Artist Times and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or redistribute any part of the Platform except Your Content and as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7. Verification and Featured Placements

Verification badges and featured placements are granted at our discretion to confirm authenticity or highlight content. They do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee, and we may review, withhold or revoke them where our criteria are not met.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content posted by users is accurate. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Artist Times will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Platform in a way that harms other users or the service. On termination, the licences you granted for content already distributed may persist only as necessary.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, and the competent courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
